Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.

Please remember that any insurance contract is between the patient and the insurance company. The patient is responsible for all account balances, including co-payments and deductibles. We will bill your insurance as a courtesy to you, but we cannot guarantee your benefits.

In order to submit an insurance claim, we require accurate insurance information prior to your treatment. Any payment and insurance consultation that we provide in good faith is not binding on us and will not in any way or for any reason be considered a modification of this writing.

Care Credit can be used at multiple providers and offers three-, six-, and 12-month interest-free plans. You can use Care Credit for co-payments, deductibles, and for treatments not covered by your insurance plan. Care Credit can also be used for Invisalign , Zoom! Whitening , and Cosmetic Dentistry.
